UI/UX Designer

They will contribute in defining and driving the UX strategy and be responsible for design of Mobile and Web-based product offerings that engage Motili customers and maximize company revenue.

Knowledge and Skills of a Motili UI/UX Designer

• 2+ years’ experience as an UI or UX Designer working on web or mobile applications.
• Proven experience with agile development process, usability research, testing, and working in-house embedded within product, design, and engineering.
• Strong portfolio with well-articulated examples of visual and interaction design.
  Proven track record of taking a product to market including organizational and operational readiness – required.

Systems Software Developer

The Lead Software Developer will be a fundamental member of the Motili Engineering team working closely with product and engineering to help build Motili’s world-class products and platform.

A bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred but we will also consider those with relevant experience.

Project Coordinator

We are seeking a professional, skilled individual Project Coordinator for our Denver, CO office. The Project Coordinator works closely with a Project Manager or other as assigned to manage mid to high-level projects. You'll be the primary administrative support for the projects team by creating work orders, updating the Motili App and Platform, and using Project Management software to help facilitate the projects team process.

Knowledge and Skills Required for a Project Coordinator Position

• 1-3 years industry experience or related industry experience preferred.
• Expertise to include HVAC certification and technical application is preferred.
• One or more years of successful administrative support experience preferred.
• Certifications – OSHA 30 certification useful. (As an employee, Motili will pay for this training – online.)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, via written, verbal and by way of phone calls and electronically such as through email.
• Ability to work both independently and effectively within a team, and with management.
• Demonstrably strong interpersonal skills.
• Results oriented, demonstrated problem solving techniques.

At Motili in Denver, we are looking for a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer that will be responsible for the quality of software development and applications to ensure the software created by developers fit its purpose and meets client needs.  You'll develop and execute exploratory and regression tests to ensure product quality on both the Motili web platform and the Motili On-Site mobile app.
