Hiring Local Truck Drivers

Here at Daikin and our brand partners Goodman, Motili, and Quietflex, we have a lot of product to move every day as we have thousands of customers throughout the United States and Canada.  And we are currently hiring local truck drivers in multiple cities throughout the US. 

If you have experience driving a truck of course that is preferred but for many of our locations we are even willing to train you.  All you need is a willingness to learn, a valid driver's license with good driving record and a school diploma or GED. 

We will even help training you on additional equipment that would be great to have for future growth with our company or in your career in general.  We offer free forklift training and basic computer skills if necessary.

Truck Driver Responsibilities

As a local truck driver for us your main job will be to load and unload products while delivering to our customers. At times this may require some heavy lifting.  You'll also be responsible for maintaining required logs and reports in compliance with DOT and company policies. So if you are in good shape and have an attention to detail this might be the perfect job for you.  This is also a great job for anyone that doesn't like being in the same location for too long.  You will be on the move frequently.  In addition, you may be asked to operate a forklift.  Don't worry, if you don't know how, we will teach you. Finally, you may also be asked to help out in the warehouse or at a front counter from time to time so the attitude of a team player and great customer service skills are a bonus.
